Wonderful stay, no reason to complain.
Cool room, functional with a balcony. An electronic key card, a work desk, and flat-screen TV were convenient. In the centre of the city, very convenient.

there was nothing a liked about the hotel, it's overpriced and didn't worth money i paid.
i was dissapointed. the room was so tiny that there was no space for moving in my so called room. Airconditioning was not working good. The work of the reception is very bad as after 6 pm there is only one girl there who is just not able to be of any help, very rude. Besides the hotel is not situated a 5 minutes walk from yaffa gates as it was said on the hotel site - at least 20 walking. Breakfast is poor.

I had a great stay at Prima Palace. The service was exceptional! When I needed change for a large bill, the front desk staff went above and beyond by checking their own purse for change. From the friendly front desk to the accommodating breakfast staff and room cleaners, everyone made me feel welcome. The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to the Shuk and Geula. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was a lifesaver in the hot Israeli weather. Having a fridge in the room was a nice bonus. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
